Did you know that bluebirds can spot prey from as far as 60 feet away? This superpower helps them hunt from elevated perches like telephone wires, allowing them to quickly detect movement below.

Bluebirds feed primarily on insects and berries. In this moment, this male successfully caught a katydid to bring back to his hungry chicks in a nearby nesting box.
