This beauty was found in the Northern Habitat Complex last week, far away from water. This can either indicate a need for relocation or that it is time to lay eggs! Females will lay eggs in sandy, sun-exposed embankments around 4-8inches below the surface. The average clutch size is around 20-30 eggs.
