Brown Creepers are here!

Caught this little guy/gal bird banding today.  One of my goals in life is to find one of their nests.  They nest behind loose pieces of bark with a hammock like nest.  There is even a type of bird house you can build to try and help them.  Basically it is a piece of wood nailed against a tree with a spacer.   Amazing little birds, that burn 4-10 calories per day!  They eat mainly insects, but will sometimes eat suet and peanut butter in winter.

I live in Seattle and have been having regular visits from Brown Creepers. Would love to see if they might nest here. I have 6 large trees which they "creep" on and wonder what the best way to encourage nesting here. The bark has several places "perfect" for them to nest.
Just love these little guys! I am only seeing one - maybe two. Any suggestions on how to get them to be interested in a nesting box? Where's the best place to put it on the tree if they nest from 4-40' up??
